Delivery Times:

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. However, your happiness matters to us — if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at Tabbyspurebotanicals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it quickly.
